On May 5, 2024, the Shaolin Temple of Canada was honored to participate in the 2024 BC Buddhist Festival, Vesak for World Peace, held at Vancouver City Hall grounds. This significant event brought together many Buddhist temples from the Lower Mainland, fostering a sense of unity and peace among the diverse Buddhist communities.

Master Shi Yanyan represented the Shaolin Temple of Canada, contributing to the celebrations at this significat event.
