Shaolin Qigong

Qigong is a traditional Chinese method of health care , health preservation and healing . It is a physical and mental exercise method for the purpose of strengthening the body, preventing and curing diseases, keeping fit and prolonging life, and developing potential of adjustment of breathing, adjustment of physical activity and adjustment of consciousness (breath adjustment, body adjustment, and mind adjustment).

Shaolin Qigong is a unique qigong developed on the basis of qigong for health and incorporates the knowledge of human body’s inner meridians and flow, which is used for inner calmness. The monks of the Shaolin Temple in the past dynasties have worked hard to study and practice, and gradually perfected it teachings.

Shaolin Qigong promotes Tranquility, purity and stability, internal strength. Seeking movement in stillness refers to the practice methods in Shaolin Qigong, based on extreme abdominal breathing, the internal organs exercise method can significantly enhance the functions of the heart and lungs, digestion and absorption, and make people still and calm in mind and body.

Rich in content and more practice than Shaolin Qigong, no matter how old or young, strong or frail, male or female, you can choose to learn and practice as appropriate, so as to achieve the purpose of fitness, disease, and defense.
