Registration and Enrollment:

• Participants are required to accurately fill out the registration form and provide all necessary information.
• Spaces are limited, and registration will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Shaolin Temple of Canada reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the Winter Kung Fu camp.
• Payment can be made through the provided payment methods on the registration platform.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
  

Camp Attendance:

• Participants must attend the summer camp on time and arrive promptly.
• Participants should notify the camp staff in case of absence or late arrival.
• Shaolin Temple of Canada reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who fails to comply with camp rules or exhibits inappropriate behavior.

Health and Safety:

• Participants should inform the camp staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing necessary medication and medical instructions for their child.
• Shaolin Temple of Canada will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to treat others with respect, follow instructions, and adhere to the camp’s rules and guidelines.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Shaolin Temple of Canada reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who violates the code of conduct.

End-of-day pickup:

At Shaolin Temple of Canada, we understand how busy life can get and we want to make sure that picking up your child is a stress-free experience. Please take a moment to review our pick-up policy, which is designed to keep our children safe and secure:

• We kindly ask that parents arrive on time to pick up their child. If you think you are going to be late, please contact Shaolin Temple as soon as possible.
• Children who are not picked up by the designated time will be supervised by Shaolin Temple of Canada staff until the parent or authorized person arrives
• Only registered parents or authorized family members are allowed to pick up their children from Shaolin Summer Day Camp.
• If someone other than the parent or authorized family member is picking up the child, Shaolin Temple of Canada must be notified in advance and provided with the name and contact information of the designated person.
• In case of an emergency, the designated person must provide a written authorization from the parent or legal guardian before picking up the child.
• Children will only be released to the care of their parents, authorized persons, or those designated by the parent or legal guardian.
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is picked up on time and that the camp has up-to-date contact information in case of any changes.
• Shaolin Temple of Canada reserves the right to refuse release of a child to anyone who is not authorized or who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our children safe and secure.

Photography and Media:

• Shaolin Temple of Canada may capture photographs or videos during the summer camp for promotional purposes.
• Participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of these media.

Liabilities:

Shaolin Temple of Canada, its staff, instructors, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the summer camp.

Refund and Cancellation:

Cancellation Requests:

• 100% refund: If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the start of the summer camp.
• 50% refund: If cancellation is requested after the completion of the first day of the summer camp.
• No refund: For cancellations requested after the first day of the summer camp.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Shaolin Temple and Cultural Centre of Canada.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the written refund request.
• The refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction. If payment was made through cash or e-transfer, a cheque will be issued.

Missed Days or Early Departure:

• No refunds or credits will be given for missed days or early departure from the summer camp.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public health emergencies, the Shaolin Temple and Cultural Centre of Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel the summer camp. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to registered participants

• 家长/监护人有责任为孩子提供必要的药物和医疗指示。
• 加拿大少林寺将采取合理措施确保参与者的安全和健康。

行为守则:

• 参与者应尊重他人、遵守指示，并遵守夏令营的规则和准则。
  任何形式的欺凌、骚扰或不当行为严禁。
  加拿大少林寺保留终止任何违反行为守则的个人参与资格的权利。

摄影和媒体:

• 加拿大少林寺可能在夏令营期间拍摄照片或视频用于推广目的。
• 参与者及其家长/监护人同意使用这些媒体资料。

日终接送政策

在加拿大少林寺，我们了解生活可能会很忙碌，因此我们努力适应您的需求，以确保接送孩子的过程是无压力的体验。请花点时间阅读我们的接送政策，旨在保护孩子的安全和保障：

• 我们亲切地请求家长准时接孩子，如果您认为会迟到，请尽快联系加拿大少林寺。
• 若孩子在指定时间内未被接走，将由加拿大少林寺工作人员监管，直到家长或经过授权的人员到达。
• 只有已注册的父母或经过授权的家庭成员被允许接送孩子离开加拿大少林夏令营。
• 如果非父母或非经过授权的家庭成员接送孩子，必须提前通知加拿大少林寺，并提供指定人员的姓名和联系信息。
• 在紧急情况下，指定人员必须提供家长或法定监护人的书面授权，方可接送孩子离开。
• 孩子只能被释放给父母、经过授权的人员或被家长或法定监护人指定的人员照看。
• 父母或法定监护人有责任确保孩子及时接送，并在任何更改联系信息时更新相关信息。
• 加拿大少林寺有权拒绝将孩子交给未经授权或显然受药物或酒精影响的人。

责任限制:

• 加拿大少林寺、其工作人员、教师和志愿者对夏令营期间可能发生的任何伤害、损失或损害概不负责。

退款政策：

取消申请：

•  提前至少48小时申请取消：全额退款。
• 第一天夏令营结束后申请取消：退款50%。
• 第二天夏令营开始后申请取消：不予退款。
• 所有退款申请必须以书面形式提交给加拿大少林寺文化中心。请发送电子邮件至 info@shaolincanada.org 进行退款申请。

退款处理：

•  退款将在收到书面退款申请后的14个工作日内处理。
• 退款将使用与原交易相同的支付方式进行。

未参加天数或提前离营：

• 无论是未参加夏令营的天数还是提前离营，均不予退款或提供折扣。

不可抗力情况：

• 如遇不可抗力情况，例如自然灾害或公共卫生紧急情况，加拿大少林寺文化中心有权修改或取消夏令营。
• 在此类情况下，已注册参与者将获得全额退款。
